POCOPSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for former professional skateboarder and reality television star Brandon “Bam” Margera, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
In a news release, officials said state troopers were called to an address in Pocopson Township around 11 a.m. Sunday due to “a reported disturbance.” Investigators determined that Margera, 43, got into a “physical confrontation” with another person. Authorities said he ran into the woods before police arrived.
The victim, who was not identified, suffered wounds that troopers described as minor, officials said. Authorities did not elaborate on the circumstances leading up to the incident.
Court records obtained by WHTM show Margera is facing four terrorist threat charges and one count of simple assault. The news station reported the charges are all misdemeanors. TMZ reported that Margera is also facing a misdemeanor harassment charge.
Margera rose to fame in the early 2000s as a star on the MTV reality show “Jackass” and spin-offs including “Viva La Bam.”
