WEST LAWN, Pa. – A lager a day leads to a long life.
That’s the philosophy of Pennsylvania resident Margaret Dilullo, 106, who drinks a Yuengling beer every day, KYW reported. The brewery was so enamored with Dilullo’s loyalty that it sent the West Lawn resident a truckload of beer, according to the television station.
“If I want a beer, I have a beer,” Dilullo told WBRE after a Yuengling truck rolled up to her residence.
Debbie Yuengling, a sixth-generation member of the Pottsville brewery, was there when the truck delivered the beer to Dilullo, who gratefully took a sip from a can of beer.
“Ahhhh,” Dilullo said as she enjoyed her daily brew.
Who could blame her?
