KERN COUNTY, Calif. – A group of firefighters came to the rescue of a little pup that found itself in a precarious situation and they needed some big lifesaving equipment to help it get out.

A dog got stuck in a fence in Kern County, California, so a crew from the Kern County Fire Department used the Jaws of Life hydraulic equipment to spread the fence poles just enough to get the dog out of its tight spot.

They shared the video of the dog getting free on their Facebook page.

Firefighters said the dog was not hurt and was happy to be free.
