A new study found the most popular Christmas movie around the world is – “Love Actually”! Here is the list of the top Christmas movie in each country.
Broadband experts analyzed the number of online searches for popular and classic Christmas movies to find out the most popular in each country and overall.
In the U.S., “Nightmare Before Christmas” took the top spot followed by “Elf”. “Elf” and “Love Actually” were #1 in FIVE countries each, “Gremlins” in two countries, Brazil and France, and “Home Alone” was also #1 in two, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
As for the classics we grew up with, none of them made the top 3 in any of the 18 countries.
