MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Police in Memphis, Tennessee, are searching for a man accused of shooting and killing a 4-year-old boy over the weekend.
According to WHBQ-TV, Terrell Woods is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and criminal attempt felony to wit: first-degree murder after police said he opened fire on a car during a dispute with a man inside the vehicle Saturday night. A bullet struck a boy who also was inside the car, police said.
The child was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died, authorities said.
Police are asking anyone who may have information about Woods’ location to submit a tip via Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH.
