In a Facebook post, Indiana State Police said that a man was riding the motorized cart from Walmart on Interstate 265 in Clark County while pushing a construction barrel.

A photo of the cart, which was empty, and the dented construction barrel was included with the post.

Officers said that unauthorized vehicles, like electric grocery carts, are not allowed on the interstate, WXIN reported.

Officers said that the cart was returned to Walmart, and the man driving it was taken to Louisville, Kentucky. Charges are pending the prosecutor’s review, according to police.

Vehicles that travel slower than the established maximum speed limit should also drive in the right-hand lane, state police told WXIN.
